  • 2. How long does the UI/UX process take?
    Depends on project scope. For small projects (Starter), ~2–3 weeks. Growth & Business plans: 4–8 weeks. Enterprise: timeline depends on complexity and is finalized after discovery.
  • 3. Will I get the design source files and assets?
    Yes. You’ll receive editable design files (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.), along with assets, specs, and design handoff documentation for developers.
  • 4. Can I test the prototypes before development?
    Absolutely. For Growth and above plans, interactive prototypes are provided, enabling you (and users) to preview and test flows before handing off to dev.
  • 5. How many revisions are allowed?
    Varies by plan — Starter includes 2 revisions, Growth 3, Business 5, and Enterprise allows unlimited (within scope).
  • 6. Can I upgrade or extend support later?
    Yes — you can upgrade to a higher plan or extend maintenance/support period any time. We also offer UX retainer packages for ongoing optimization.
